Delete your Lusty account
Lusty: Couples Intimacy Coach, by GetLusty
In the app
- Open Lusty and go to the Us tab.
- Tap the gear icon.
- Tap Delete account & data and confirm.
Your account and data are deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email support@getlusty.app from the email address you use with Lusty, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete your account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your profile and setup answers
- Your journal, AI coach chats and insights
- Your card reactions and notifications
- Your answers, messages, tasks and dates in your couple space
- Your support messages and reports
- Your login. You are also removed from your partner’s account.
What is kept
- Purchase records, without your name or account, for accounting. Google Play keeps its own records of your payments.
- Fantasies you submitted to the public library, which were already published without your name.
- Analytics and crash reports, until the retention periods of Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics end.
Delete some data, keep your account
In the app you can delete individual journal entries, clear your AI coach chat, and delete tasks and dates at any time.
